We do not offer refunds for DJ Mixer Pro or Express purchases, due to the fact that we provide DJ Mixer Free so that you can evaluate the app by sampling it. If there is a feature you need to test that is not included with the Free version, please contact DJMixerSoft support prior to making your purchase, so we can help you figure out if DJ Mixer is right for your project and/or provide you with a trial license if eligible.
The one exception to our refund policy is in the case where you discover a bug in DJ Mixer Pro or Express (that was not evident in a free version of DJ Mixer or a trial one) which prevents you from the normal use of the software, and we cannot fix the bug or offer a workaround in a reasonable amount of time.
